Late last year, the City of Richmond changed property rights which
affect agriculture land owners, most of whom are owners to east of No. 4 Road. The new zoning Bylaw restricts construction of residential structures,
including swimming pool ans sheds from being built more than 50 metres
away from a public roadway.
